Thanks to the strong collaboration established within the COMP-ECO project, its partners have successfully secured funding under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions programme for a new initiative—the ASSESS project. This achievement reflects the joint efforts and strategic cooperation developed through COMP-ECO.
The Kick-off Meeting of the ASSESS project took place on November 25–26, 2024, marking the beginning of an initiative focused on bridging the gap between scientific research and industry.
The ASSESS project, which brings together leading universities and organizations from across Europe, will focus on the development, manufacturing, and testing of new-generation composite structures, driving innovation in composite materials. Representing the COMP-ECO project in ASSESS are Prof. Anna Boczkowska and Kamil Dydek from WUT.
This achievement highlights COMP-ECO’s commitment to fostering international cooperation and advancing high-quality research and innovation. The collaboration within ASSESS is expected to develop new methodologies and strengthen scientific expertise across institutions.
