In early December 2023, a team from WUT visited TU Dresden for a short-term stay. The group, comprised of Kamila Salasinska, Paulina Kozera, Kamil Dydek, and Szymon Demski, collaborated with Georgios Tzortzinis and Evgenia Madia from TU Dresden. The focus of the visit was on manufacturing laminates using the autoclave technique, incorporating PZT and carbon-based sensors, along with 3D-printed conductive paths. Electromechanical tests were conducted on carbon-based sensors.
The manufactured composites will be tested for the performance of the introduced sensors, and based on the results, it is planned to prepare a joint publication under the COMP-ECO project.
