On October 3, 2024, Partners of COMP-ECO project Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) and the Technical University of Dresden (TUD), confirmed their commitment to deepen collaboration by signing new Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
These agreements outline continued cooperation in areas such the exchange of research and administrative staff, student mobility programs, joint research projects, organization of lectures and symposia, information sharing, and joint educational initiatives, such as dual diplomas and online learning formats. The universities also aim to participate together in Erasmus and Horizon Europe programs.
The COMP-ECO project was mentioned as an example of successful past collaboration between the two institutions. Furthering this cooperation, Szymon Demski, a PhD candidate from WUT, has joined TUD under the student exchange program.
This enhanced collaboration aligns with COMP-ECO's goal of fostering sustainable partnerships and developing a Long-Term Strategy for Joint Research.
